Contingency Program Rules

​

• Competitors must enroll for the rewards program before 1st Sept 2024.

• To be eligible:

  • Entrants must use a Proformance Pinion Saver and or Stage 2/3 Diff Upgrade Kit in their race vehicle during:

    • Main Event

    • Prologue/Qualifying

    • Pre running

  • Entrants must post pictures and videos via social media, promoting the use of a Proformance Differential (or components) fitted in their vehicle:

    • Prior to the main event​

    • Post Race (Finish or Podium)

    • On Podium (If applicable)​

• All winnings will be issued once results are validated by the race promoter or an official representative and submitted to Proformance for processing.

• The Proformance "PM" logo (all models) must be featured on at least 2 locations on the vehicle. 

• ​All Proformance contingency awards will be paid via direct deposit/wire transfer within 7 days of the event

• Any Driver/Team that falsifies a contingency claim will be disqualified from all future contingency programs.

• Program details and qualifications are subject to change without notice.

• This program applies to the Total Ashphalt  -All Overitt Hydraulic + Mechanical Three Springs 400 event only (September 2024)

• In all matters relating to the interpretation or application of any guideline or condition of this program, the decision of Proformance shall be final.

• By submitting this claim, Driver/Team (and/or Parent/Guardian if Rider is a minor), grants Proformance Motorsport a license to use driver/co driver's name, signature, voice, photograph, video, image, likeness, racing number or similar material in any advertisement or sales promotion related to Proformance product.

• Proformance PTY LTD, has the right to cancel or modify this program at any time, without prior notice.
