This YXZ Dana 30 Billet Case accepts a much larger and much stronger, Forged Dana 30 ring and pinion. Our DANA 30 YXZ Differential is 300% stronger than other Billet Cases that use YXZ OEM "Sintered/Powdered Metal" gears or Aftermarket Forged YXZ Gears
This DIY kit comes with everything you need minus your OEM gear set, carrier, bearings and shims. It requires assembly and setting the gear lash.

Driveshaft Upgrade Kit
Proformance YXZ Dana 30 Billet Rear Differential is fully assembled with all the hardware you need to install in your YXZ however you will need to upgrade your driveshaft using the kit below:

You will need to remove your emergency brake and sway-bar to fit this bad boy into your YXZ frame and then cut your driveshaft tube and weld the 1310 Yoke onto your existing driveshaft tube. (We recommend having your driveshaft tube balanced after welding)
If you prefer not to cut your driveshaft, we can supply a ready to install driveshaft, with the yoke welded, ready to install.
Don't Buy a "bandaid"
Spending thousands of dollars on a billet case, then filling the shiny new diff case with OEM gears or OEM Style Forged gears is just a bandaid - if you are serious about ending your YXZ Rear Diff Failures once and for all - then this is the diff for you !
YXZ OEM gears are made of "sintered" (powdered) metal and NOT forged like our YXZ 1000R Billet Differential DANA 30 gear sets.
Not only are our gears stronger because they are not sintered metal, our pinions are much larger than all the other billet diffs on the market that use YXZ style gears.
