Our Unobtainium ® Filament Reinforced Covers are 25% lighter and have been proven to be 80% stronger than our 6061 Aluminium Side Covers as used in the WINNING X3 at the 2026 King of Hammers.
PETUF (Polyethylene Terephthalate Unobtanium ® Fibre) Filament is an Revolutionary Extreme Strength, Low Cost 3D Printing Filament that produces Fibre Reinforced Components which are 20% stronger than SAE 4140 (Chrome Moly) Steels and 75% stronger than 6061 Aluminium.
PETUF has a much higher operating temperature and costs approximately 50% less than PEEK ® filaments and is commonly available in most countries. Unobtanium Fibre is 125% stronger than Kevlar and 75% stronger than Carbon Fibre.

NOTE: You will need to set your printer to print at least 50% volume (We highly recommend printing at 100% volume – SOLID)
NOTE: Some things simply cannot (or should not) be 3D printed (Bearings, Oil Seals) – therefore to install the Auto Locker into your X3, you will still need to purchase a set of Genuine made in USA Timken Roller Bearings ($20 each) and the Nitrile Oil Seals ($5 each)
Purchase the print files for $65, Bearings for $20 and Seals for $10 and you are good to go !!
